Our therapists are trained and encouraged to provide the most accurate notes from their visits with a fast turnaround time. All notes are accessible by agency administrators. We also pride ourselves in quick and effective communication between all of our therapists and agencies. Our goal is to create a reliable environment for the agencies and in turn, the patients.
Be In The Know
As an agency, partnered with DNPT Physical Therapy Group, you will have full access to our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system to view patient information and visit notes. Our team is available around the clock to provide all around care for both agencies and their patients.
